Are you shipping an item in for
repair?
Use FEDEX or UPS.
Properly box it to prevent damage. Check with shipping company
for proper packaging information. The carrier will not be responsible for damage
caused by improper packaging.
Insure it for appropriate value of the item.
Enclose an 8.5" by 11" paper with your name, address,
telephone number(s), email address, and a detailed description of the problem with
the item.
If it is a receiver, please tighten all speaker terminals in the
back.
If it is under manufacturer warranty, you must enclose a copy of
the sales receipt.
