Adam's Electronics is a manufacturer authorized service center for many higher end consumer and professional electronics. We service many types of audio/video equipment, cameras, computers, smart phones, printers, televisions, and most other home, business, and mobile electronics.

"I have an Integra (Onkyo) DRX-3 receiver I'm using for my home theater. One day it stopped working and crippled my theater - no sound, no nothing. So I called the company that made it and they directed me to the nearest service center is in Southern California (I live in Las Vegas) -- Adam's Electronics. I called and spoke with Tommi, who was immediately able to confirm my warranty. So I drove down to personally deliver it for warranty repair or replacement. I was expecting some huge Integra/Onkyo factory but found a nice little mom-and-pop electronics store with every single power cable you could imagine.  Tommi was able to fix my receiver within a week - apparently something was fried inside and the firmware was corrupted.  I couldn't believe that she was able to take the guts apart of my receiver and replace the broken part and update the firmware - I was almost certain that the whole unit would need replacing.  Now my theater is back up and running smoothly.  I'm writing this review because I am impressed by their technical ability, professionalism, and kindness at Adam's Electronics. I give them 5/5 stars, especially Tommi. Keep up the good work!"

"If you're like me and rely heavily on appliances for your daily tasks and don't know who to turn to for help or how to find a part you need when something breaks, I can tell you that Adam's Electronics sets the bar the highest. 
I was completely out of options to fix my broken Sharp microwave and live 100 miles away from their shop - making any type of repair drop off impossible, yet Scott fielded my questions and had an answer and solution for me within 15 minutes!  Totally saved me a ton of money, not to mention piece of mind that I was getting a genuine part that I could rely on to fix the problem correctly. 
So glad the universe pointed me in his direction and I wish every business was run so well. This should be the only Electronics store you ever frequent.

"Bradi P, the technician who repaired my Onkyo receiver, did a great job. She called to inform me of the exact issue after the initial diagnosis, provided an estimate and the expected time of repairs. I received a call before the expected timeframe saying the unit was fixed. Bradi conscientiously attached instructions on how to test the resistance of my speakers to make sure they had not caused the problem (yay for learning something new!), and on how to correctly connect the speakers. The unit is working perfectly now and sounds just as good as ever. Very pleased."
