Please Note: While our standard repair form states that a $160 service fee is charged upfront, Astell&Kern customers are provided an exception to this policy for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty service. There is no charge for diagnostic services. If any repair charges would apply, Astell&Kern customers will be contacted for approval before any paid repair work is performed.
