Products shipped in must include the following information. If the product is under manufacturer or extended warranty, include a copy of the proof of purchase. If the product is out of warranty, fill in your credit card information. We will charge you the upfront non-refundable bench fee before any work is done (call for rates). For products that are out of warranty, return shipping costs will be added to the cost of repair. Due to high volume, we can not store your product indefinitely. You must respond to our attempts to contact you within 30 days or you will forfeit all rights to your product.
