Repair Services

Adam’s Electronics, Inc. provides diagnostic and repair services subject to the fees, estimates, authorizations, payment terms, and warranty coverage disclosed in your service paperwork.

Diagnostic fees are disclosed before diagnostic services begin. Repair work and charges require customer authorization. We will obtain your approval before exceeding an approved estimate.

Completion times are estimates and depend on diagnosis, parts availability, testing, and any required manufacturer support.

These website terms do not replace your repair estimate, authorization, invoice, manufacturer warranty, or rights under applicable law.

Text Messaging Terms

Adam’s Electronics offers optional text messages about your repair or order, including status updates, estimates, approval requests, ready-for-pickup alerts, appointment confirmations, and service-related messages from our staff.

This SMS program provides non-marketing repair and order notifications only. It does not include advertising, sales offers, or promotional messages.

You may opt in by:

Selecting the separate, optional SMS checkbox when creating a customer account.
Giving permission to our staff at drop-off after hearing our verbal consent script.
Texting START to 714-477-7214.

SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any optional promotional email consent. The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default. Text messages are not required to create an account, make a purchase, or receive service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. For additional assistance, email Service@AdamsElectronics.com.

Opting out of texting does not cancel your repair or order. You may receive a final text confirming your opt-out request.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

In-Person SMS Consent

At drop-off, our staff requests your permission using the following script:

Your response is recorded with your service information. You may decline text messages and still receive service.
